Me n my ex have two children when I had custody it was court ordered that we each get to claim one, then he got custody n there was nothing in papers about taxes n who gets to claim them. But since he threatened to not let me see them if I tried to claim them I didnt. This year he informed me that he didn’t claim them that he let his girlfriend who moved in with him in Oct of 2015 claim them bc she got back more than what he would have if he claimed them. So my question is is it legal for his girlfriend to claim our children
